Decoding System: The Pearl 30d has two different hardware architectures to form two decoding systems, which are
Classic decoding system and Modern decoding system. Classic Mode: With Classic decoding system Pearl 30d is using one TDA1307 + two TDA1547 architecture, and
TDA1547 always works in MONO mode to form a fully balanced differential circuitry. In this mode
Pearl 30d has a retro sound signature. Working in current output mode, combined with independently designed external amplifier
circuitry to achieve I/V conversion Classic Mode of Pearl 30d has an enhanced audio
performance. Specialized circuit design to achieve PCM/DSD dual-format decoding with built-in PCM and DSD
gain compensation circuit. PCM signal takes the TDA1307 and 2xTDA1547 path while DSD signal
goes through the 2xTDA1547 path.

Modern Mode: With Modern decoding System Pearl 30d is using 8 pieces of ESS's current flagship DAC
ES9039SPRO, operating in MONO Mode multi-channel paralleled. Each channel takes 4 pieces to
form a Matrix DAC architecture with strong audio current output, greater dynamics, lower noise,
and stronger driving force. I/V conversion circuit is combined by discrete components working in Class A mode with dynamic
and high current characteristics to ensure that the analog signal density after conversion. Two pieces of special aluminum heat sink for the DAC architecture. Four pieces of ES9039SPRO
on one channel share one heat sink for high thermal efficiency to ensure the consistency of the
output current signal and the output quality of analog signal. High-specification PCM/DSD dual-format decoding, support for 768kHz and DSD512 digital audio
signals. Auto Mode: Two different hardware architecture decoding systems can be optionally activated and adjusted
according to the audio signal format. At the same time, an auto mode is available and Pearl 30d
recognizes the parameters of the digital audio signal format in order to automatically select the
appropriate decoding system.

Ultra Low Phase Noise Synchronized Clock Source Extremely low phase noise and high frequency stability thermostatic crystal (OCXO, 10MHz), to
provide a reference frequency. Extremely low phase noise multi-channel synchronized clock generator will generate clock
frequency of Digital Circuit and other different functional circuit out of the reference frequency
and provide synchronized clocks for different circuits and instruments. Pearl 30d uses ultra-low loss, stable impedance matching (50 ohms) RF coaxial cable for Clock
signal transmission, reducing clock signal loss and waveform distortion to ensure the clock quality
and suppress jitter.
Synchronized Clock Out and In Pearl 30D has an external reference clock input interface (10 MHz), a synchronous clock output
interface that can be connected to an external clock or used as a synchronization clock source to
synchronize the system clocks of different digital device combinations, which will
comprehensively improve the playback quality of the entire system and provide an outstanding
listening experience. Split Power Supply System Design The physical structure of the Pearl 30d power supply consists of a separate power supply unit and
a power supply system for the DAC Unit. Complex rectifier and filter circuits are used to achieve
an extremely clean power supply. Separate Power Supply Unit Hi-End audio concept design. Physical separate power supply unit to ensure that the transformer,
rectifier, filter circuit etc power processing are completely isolated and avoid interference. One Dual C Type of Transformer responsible for ES9039SPRO, Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator,
Clock board, logic circuits and digital audio processing circuit power supply, equipped with
high-frequency inductors, to deal with high-frequecy interference. One Dual C Type of Transformer Handling TDA1307, TDA1547, Op-amp ICs, Discrete I/V circuits
and Discrete line amplifier circuits, with independent rectifier circuits, mains filter circuits,
decoupling circuits, high-capacity chokes to obtain a pure DC power supply, eliminating
interference from the source. One Dual C Type of Choke eliminating low and mid frequency of interference. Ultra-large scale power supply filtering system: The main board of the power supply unit adopts
ten 15000uF high ripple current filtering capacitors and ten 10000uF audio filtering capacitors. Power Supply of the DAC Main Unit The power supply system of the DAC main unit consists of a super-linear voltage stabilization
circuit made up of six groups of discrete components. With a set of ultra-low noise Linear LT1963
voltage regulators, effective voltage stabilization is provided for the high voltage supply. OCXO (Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator) is powered by using LT1963 high-current ultra-low
noise LDO DC power supply. Turning off the power supply of the DAC Main unit, the crystal will
still continue to be supplied at a constant temperature, so that the clock system can enter into
operation once switched on again.
Aviation-grade Power Cable between the Power Supply and DAC Main Unit The connecting cable consists of a connector that utilizes wires with extremely low internal
resistance and a highly reliable mechanical structure. The connection system consists of 12-pin
aviation connector, Germany LAPP KABEL 12-core 0.75mm2 ultra-flexible drag chain cable,
VIABLUE encrypted sandwich nylon fiber cotton blend shock-absorbing cable protection sleeve.
Both ends of the same type of aviation plug, regardless of direction, easy to connect. Full-Channel Digital Audio Jitter Cleaner The integrated full-channel digital audio jitter cleaner (jitter elimination circuit) significantly
reduces the jitter of the SPDIF and IIS signal and thus substantially improves the sound quality.
The digital audio data lines and clock lines in the device utilize low-loss, stable impedance
matching. The RF coaxial cable transmission reduces signal loss and waveform distortion and
suppresses jitter. Digital Input Interface Supports IIS(HDMI-A), AES/EBU(XLR3), Coaxial SPDIF 1(RCA), Coaxial SPDIF 2(BNC), ST Glass
Optical, Toslink Plastic Optical, and USB Audio In(Type B). Analog Output Interface RCA Single-ended and XLR Balanced Analog Output.
Selectable between standard level and high level outputs. Reference Clock Interface External reference clock input connector (10MHz)
